Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the personal nature of MAKAD products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

The only exception is in the case of a manufacturing defect. If you receive a product with a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. Upon verification, we will replace the defective product at no additional cost.

Products that have been used, damaged through misuse, or altered in any way are not eligible for replacement.
